The Overview
Wishround is an e-commerce gifting startup that offers a full suite of social gifting solutions to customers.
The company completely changed retailers’ approach to manage gifts and enable people to give better and more meaningful gifts. The platform offers a perfect way to monetize social followers, increase primary KPIs, and improve sales pipeline performance.

Why I Was Hired
As a new round of funding came in, Wishround’s basic concepts & prototypes had to be converted into something trustful, cute and neat, and, of course, consistent; to be revealed to publicity and tested thoroughly in order to spread out a new idea of e-commerce gifting and raise awareness around Wishround brand.
My Role — UX / UI Designer & Illustrator
As the only designer @Wishround, I worked with both co-founders directly, including but not limited to the developers’ team.
I got all necessary product-related information, ideas, etc., from co-founders and devs and translated them into a feasible design within reasonable timeframes.

Web Design
The idea was to create a user-friendly, fresh and festive look and feel. Bright colors, a funny mascot, photos with happy people helped me to make a positive mood.
iOS App Design
We wanted to see if having an iOS app (fully cocoa native according to Apple iOS guidelines) could help us attract more people to the product in Poland, Ukraine, and other countries.
Before starting implementation, a clickable prototype has been made in Moqups. Tested internally; Iterated and refined.
Illustrations
I worked on a set of illustrations of a product mascot Gifty and co. 🙂
Style Guide & Branding Materials
I created basic marketing materials to support the brand spirit.
Animated Promo Video
I worked on all steps of creating an animated promo video with the company mascot: starting from the idea, sketching, storyboarding.
