I started as a graphic designer and illustrator who was focused only on how things look like and grew up into a DesignOps practitioner who’s passionate about solving business goals via optimizing design processes and team dynamics.

I love to bring research techniques to my personal life. It feeds my curiosity about the world around me. I’m particularly excited about neuroscience and psychology and fascinated by the human body and brain. Improving my creativity by doing pottery. And of course, getting closer to nature. I started at Derivco as the only one UX / UI designer in the team. I managed to build the company’s first UX / UI team within two years, where I mentor and support younger designers. I’m working on table games creation from conception through launch. Starting with conducting research, brainstorming and workshop sessions, competitor analysis, gathering stakeholders and operators’ feedback, building user personas, creating wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, collaborating with developers and product owners, and analyzing released games. Also, I’m actively pursuing and defining UX / UI improvements by being up to date with the latest design trends while finding a holistic balance between users’ intent and business needs.

Arvato Financial Solutions is an international service provider in more than 40 countries. Key clients: PayPal, Amazon, Microsoft & Adidas. I got all necessary product-related information, ideas, etc., from product managers
& devs and translated them into a feasible design within reasonable timeframes. I was responsible for the full cycle design of internal and external tools and websites: conduced stakeholders and user interviews, researches, competitive analysis, analytics, built personas, user journeys and site maps, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity prototypes, conducted usability testing. I worked on the responsive white label payment solution, the time tracking, administration tool, design system, and corporate hiring website.

DataRobot is a data science and machine learning company. I created a professional, consistent and distinctive corporate look to show off the world and attract new big businesses worldwide. I was responsible for the full visual design cycle that includes design research, web design, prototyping, illustrations for different purposes, marketing, and print materials. I also worked on translating complex technical concepts into straightforward graphics and other assets. I worked closely with a marketing director, product designers, including the Boston – Kyiv web-dev team.
